Healthy Porridge
add some water. The ratio of water to the stuff is 2:1. Next morning, put the water and the stuff in a electrical cooker, start making the porridge.
Sichuan dumpling
My wife made some SiChuan dumpling. Are they cute?
How to make it?
1. Prepare the meat.
Buy some pork. Then smashed it. Mix it with egg white, peppers, ginger.
Mix it hardly.
2. Prepare the skin.
If you can buy the skin of dumplings, then go buy some. If you can't, made it yourself.
Don't ask me how to make it. I bought it.
Then put proper amount of meat into a skin, then wrap the meat. Be sure to wrap the meat completely so that water can't touch the inner meat directly when boiling the dumplings.

Stir-fried Beef with Broccoli
- Chop the broccoli into small chips and clean them。Chop the beef into slim flat chip with 2mm thickness. Put the beef chips into a bowl and Mix them with cooking wine, soy bean, white peppers and black peppers. Souse it for ten minutes.
- Boil some water in a a stockpot. Then put the broccoli in the stockpot. Wait for 20 seconds. Then pick up all broccoli

Put the oil into a pan and heat it with big fire. When the oil is hot, put chopped garlic. When you smell the garlic, put the beef chips and stir-fry them. Put the broccoli, salt and XO paste when the beef changes color. Then add a little bit water, after 10 seconds, pick up all stuff. Then put several drops of sesame oil. Done
Stir-fried Aubergines with Mixed Sauce
Stir-fried Aubergine with Mixed Sauce
Ingredients:
Long aubergine: 2
Pork mince: 100g
Little green chili pepper: 2
Little red chili pepper: 2
Finely chopped leek: 1 soupspoon(15g)
Finely chopped ginger: 1 soupspoon(15g)
Seasonings:
Cooking wine: 1 teaspoon(5ml)
Sweet soybean paste: 1 soupspoon(15g)
Chili bean sauce: 2 soupspoon(15g)
Black bean sauce: 1 soupspoon(15g)
Directions:
1)Add cooking wine, sweet soybean paste, and finely chopped ginger into the pork mince, mix well then rest for 10 minutes;
2)Remove the pedicels of aubergines and chop into little segments (with skin);
Slice the two colours little chili peppers;
3)Pour some oil into a pan, add in the chopped aubergine when the oil is very hot (7/10 heat) (you will see that the aubergine quickly absorb all the oil, but please do not add more oil as when the aubergine is stir-fried and get soft, some oil will comes out), stir-fry the aubergine and take out when it’s soft;
4)Keep the rest oil in the pan, add in the pork mince, stir-fry until its colour changes then leave the mince to one side of the pan;
Add the finely chopped leek in, then chili bean sauce and black bean sauce, stir-fry until the smell comes out then mix this sauce mix with the mince;
Finally add the chopped green and red chili pepper, stir-fry until evenly mix. Finish

Double taste chicken
Materials: One chicken, smashed spicy pepper, winter mushroom, bamboo shoots, salt and peppers.
Recipe:
- Remove all bones of the chicken. Fry the bones until they look golden.
- Put the bones in a dish with some salt and peppers.
- Chop the chicken, winter mushroom and bamboo shoots into chips. Fry them and then put them into the dish with the fried bones.
