Sichuan dumpling




My wife made some SiChuan dumpling. Are they cute?
How to make it?
1. Prepare the meat.
Buy some pork. Then smashed it. Mix it with egg white, peppers, ginger.
Mix it hardly.

2. Prepare the skin.
If you can buy the skin of dumplings, then go buy some. If you can't, made it yourself.
Don't ask me how to make it. I bought it.

Then put proper amount of meat into a skin, then wrap the meat. Be sure to wrap the meat completely so that water can't touch the inner meat directly when boiling the dumplings.
